Public transport

You'll find it easy to get around Wellington; it's so compact you can walk almost anywhere. However, if you do need transport, taxis, buses and trains are easily accessible. Find out more about getting around Wellington

Nearest bus stop Located on Wakefield street, routes 24 and 83 run via bus stop 6510. If these routes are not suitable, bus stop 5515 or 5513 on Manners Street are a five minute walk away.

Nearest parking We recommend you give yourself plenty of time to find a car park prior to your show. There is convenient street parking nearby as well as several other car parking areas close to the venue.

Wheelchair accessibility: The Michael Fowler centre is wheelchair accessible and have wheelchair and special needs allocated seating. To request accessible seating tickets, please call the Ticketmaster Contact Centre on 09 970 9711 or email customer.service@ticketmaster.co.nz. Service hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 9.00pm; Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm (excludes Public Holidays).

Accessible toilets: The accessible toilets are in the single gender ground floor toilets - one in each the ladies and the mens.

Accessible parking: Accessible parking spaces are available in the Michael Fowler Centre carpark.
